1.Source and negotiate for raw material and packaging material in local and global scope according to existing and new product requirement;/
   根据现有和新产品需求在当地和全球范围内寻找合适的供应渠道并进行供货谈判；
2.Implement supplier management by qualification assessment， onsite audit， performance evaluation and so on;/从资格评估、
    现场审计、绩效评估等角度实施供应商管理；
3.Make purchasing Plan to the responsible purchasing material， draft the purchasing order and apply to Purchasing leader for review;/
   对负责的采购产品制订采购计划，拟订采购合同，报部门经理核准；
4.Place Purchase Order to the suppliers and follow up the progress and delivery time; coordinate to solve any quality and quantity issue regarding with the purchasing order;
   向供应商确认订单，跟踪订单生产进度及交货期，对到货数量与使用中质量出现的相关问题进行协调处理；
5.Apply the payment to suppliers according to the purchasing order， manage the relevant bill and invoice for assigned materials;
   负责所采购产品的票据管理及按照合同规定进行付款；
6.Coordinate the negotiation of the price adjustment with suppliers based on the variation of market ;
   根据物料价格市场行情的变化，与供应商协调进行价格调整。
7.Supervise the construction progress of project， correct the wrong purchasing behavior of project management team in time， and evaluate the purchasing performance of the project management team.
  监督项目建设进度，及时纠正项目管理方错误的采购行为，考核项目管理方的采购表现。
8.complete the other mission from the leader on time， comply with the working arrangment;
   完成公司领导交付的其他工作，服从工作安排，按时完成工作。


任职要求：
1.具有化工及类似专业大学专科及以上学历。Have chemical engineering major or similar major in community college or above.
2.具有三年以上大宗化学原材料采购工作经验。Having at least three years bulk chemical raw materials procurement experience.
3.具有2个以上化工建设项目工程及设备采购经验。Having at least 2 chemical projects expereience of equipment and engineering procurement.
4.具有与强势供应商沟通协调的能力。Having communication ablity with a strong supplier.
5.熟悉SAP系统优先。Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
6.熟练使用办公软件。Proficient in MS office ， excel/word/PPT
7.具有一定的英文交流能力。Have a certain level of communication in English.
8.具有很强的团队合作精神和快速响应意思。Have strong team working spirit and quick response thinking.
9.积极进取，责任心强、能够坚守职业道德。Aggressive， initiative， a strong sense of responsibility and able to abide by professional ethics.
10.可以承受高强度的工作压力。Able to work under a high strength pressure.
