应用销售专员 Application Sales Specialist
1. Compose solid and well-structured individual sales plan & budget, according to sales targets. 根据销售指标,制定切实可行并且条理清晰的个人销售计划和预算;
2. Conduct sales activities, including finding out sales opportunities, visiting/calling customers to understand their needs, forecasting orders, and defining commercial offers with customers. 开展销售活动,包括寻找销售机会、拜访/致电客户以了解需求、预测订单、并与客户确定商务报价; 3. Sales negotiating & closing, hand-over to the Customer Service team. 商务交流、销售谈判、完成合同与订单、并与客户服务团队交接;
4. Coordinate the payment collection, and accomplish sales targets. 协调收款并完成销售指标;
5. Cooperate with Technical Service team providing technical solutions to solve problems of customers, and satisfy developing customer/markets needs. 与技术服务团队协作提供技术解决方案为客户解决困难,并满足不断更新的客户/市场需求;
6. Collect, sort out and report market & competition intelligence/information, and support the market analysis and decision-making of Sales Manager. 收集、整理并报告市场情报/信息,为销售经理对市场进行分析和决策提供支持;
7.To collaborate in shows, exhibitions, seminars, or other promotion events organized by the Company being the commercial representative. 作为业务代表,参与公司组织的展示、展会、研讨会或其他推广活动;
8. Establish and sustain good relationship with key customer contacts. 与关键客户人员建立并保持良好的合作关系;
9. Use TS / CS feedback and take proactive actions to lead the promotion of LND / Dynasol as reliable Value Adding Partner. 结合技术服务/客户服务的反馈,积极主动地牵头提升辽宁北方戴纳索/戴纳索公司作为可靠增值服务伙伴的形象;
10. Compile sales reports and support relevant customer account administration. 编制销售报告,配合相关客户档案管理工作; 11. Preparing dynamic charts and excel tables , helping sales manager in Budget either Sales or expenses and other assistance for sales manager. 准备动态图表和报表,协助销售经理制定销售或相关其他费用预算。
12. Finish other works assigned by Sales Manager and Commercial Director. 完成销售经理和销售总监安排的其他工作。

10.Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or equivalent. 本科学士学位,化学工程专业为佳; 11.Business training – especially sales training and management training would be highly desirable. 经过商务培训,尤其是销售与管理培训者优先;
12.> 5 years professional experience in B2B chemical industry, including >3 years in sales area, preferred in sectors of adhesive & sealants, technical compounding, plastic modification, asphalt modification in pavement and water-proof, vulcanized products like tires and shoes etc. 5年以上B2B化工行业工作经验,其中有至少3年以上的销售经验,有胶粘剂和密封剂、复合材料、塑料改性、道路和防水沥青改性、轮胎和鞋材等硫化产品等行业经验为佳。
